Participation Rules
Here is some general information you need to know about the G2G Recreation Program.

Prerequisites
You must be 18 years or older to participate in the G2G events.  Additionally, you must be able to bathe, toilet, and feed yourself (or provide an attendant).

Enrollment
Space is limited on most G2G events.  We encourage that you sign up early to secure you spot!  Please use the enrollment form found in the quarterly newsletter or contact our office to have one sent to you.

Costs & Fees
There are two basic costs associated with an event.  They are described below:

Cost - The cost of the event is the out-of-pocket cost a participant MUST pay to attend the event.

Program Fee - This fee is the expense of G2G to host the event.  ALL participants are subject to this fee; however, members have this fee paid by a third party such as Full Access or County Mental Health.

Membership
Membership has its priveleges.  If you are a member of Good-2-Go, we have a contract with you and a third party payer. The differences in membership are as follows:

Members of the G2G program have a contract with a 3rd party payer such as Full Access, County Mental Health, or the school district. Members are still responsible for paying the "cost" of an event, while the 3rd party payer covers the program fee.

Non-Members are welcome to participate in all events, but are subject to the Program Fee in addition to the cost of the event.
Types of Events
Events are offered in 3 formats, Lady's Only, Gentlemen Only, Co-Ed.  Be sure to check the event format when enrolling!

Transportation
Transportation is provided for most G2G events from an identified central hub (check Newsletter for locations).  Transportation is guaranteed only for those who enrolled by the sign-up deadline.

Curb-side transport is only available for those who have a separate transportation contract with G2G.

Some of our larger events do not have any transportation available.  These events typically have 30 or more participants expected, and will be identified in the Newsletter and the website calendar.

Banned or Suspended Status
G2G reserved the right to ban or suspend individuals from participation for behavior problems, nonpayment, or safety violations.  G2G may reinstate participation status at any time based on the terms set at the time of suspension.

Budgeting
Some events, such as the monthly dinner meetings, do not have a charge associated.  However, it will give a recommended budget amount.  This means that you are responsible for paying for your own food, the suggested budget amount gives you a guide as to how much you may want to bring.

Emergency Info
All participants must have a current Participant Information Form  on file before taking part in any G2G event.  There is always one included in the newsletter mailing for your convenience.  Be sure to notify us of any important changes (i.e. address, phone number, medications).

Liability Releases
All participants must have a signed general release of liability on file before participating in any G2G event.  A copy of this form is located on the back of the event enrollment form.  Some vents may require an additional release specific to that activity.

Photo Release
We love to take pictures at our G2G Events so that we can share them with everyone in the newsletter and on our website!  All participants must have a signed photo release on file and updated once a year.

Refunds
Program fees for members are billed both pre/post events (depending on enrollment date) to 3rd party payers. There are no refunds of Program Fees, or Participation Costs on events requiring advanced purchase of tickets, for participants who cancel within 48 hours of an event.

Cancellations Must be called into the G2G office.

Cancellations received prior to 48-hours before an event will receive G2G credit for use on future events.
