About us:

Good-2-Go Oregon is Central Oregon's premiere community-based support program for adults who experience intellectual and developmental disabilities. Good-2-Go Oregon empowers our clients through Independent Living, Employment, and Community Inclusion services.  

The ILS Scheduling Coordinator position supports the Independent Living Services (ILS) program.  This program helps our clients live their best, independent lives through activities such as hiking, and biking, paying bills, and grocery shopping. ​

About the position:

The ILS Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for building and maintaining effective schedules for G2G Life Skills Coaches & our clients. Good-2-Go is able to provide excellent services for our clients and our employees because we care about who we pair staff and clients with.  The ILS Scheduler is integral in creating this connection that goes beyond simply filling hours requirements.    

Essential Duties Include:

  • Receiving and processing all scheduling needs for ILS clients and employees.
  • Coordinating with other program managers on the schedules of cross-trained employees.
  • Regularly communicating with employees, clients, and clients’ natural supports regarding scheduling.
  • Providing weekly and monthly reports to the ILS Program Manager.
  • Working with the Program Manager to meet program service goals and budget.
  • Assisting with the day to day implementation of policies and procedure
  • Assisting the Program Manager as needed​.
  • Data Entry and heavy phone use are essential components of this role.

Schedule: 
 Expected workweek of 40 hours per week with hours between                            7:30 AM and 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday
Pay:       
     Annual Salary starting between $40,500 and $43,600, DOE
