Good-2-Go Oregon is Central Oregon's premiere community-based support program for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Services are provided in the areas of  Life Skills Supports, Employment Supports, and Community Inclusion.

Our Life Skills Trainers provide supports to improve our clients' quality of life. These may include assisting with a wide range of activities from hiking, and biking, to bill paying and grocery shopping. Whether you are teaching clients keep appointments, prepare meals, or learn how to maintain their house, our focus is helping clients live their best lives.

These supports are provided in our clients' homes and in our community.  The Life Skills Coach is an entry level position with no experience necessary.  However, in order to be successful, we are searching for candidates with the following:

Qualified applicants must:

  • Have excellent verbal communication skills,
  • Possess the ability for creative problem solving, and
  • Be solution oriented.

Job Requirements:

  • Be able to pass a criminal background check
  • Be able to obtain a First-Aid/CPR certification within 90-days of employment, and.
  • Have reliable and insured personal vehicles to use during services (with travel/mileage reimbursement).

Good-2-Go has openings for a Full, Part, and Flex Time positions.

  • Full Time requirements: minimum of 30 hours per week
  • Part Time requirements: minimum of 20 hours per week
  • Flex Time requirements: minimum of 40 hours per month

Typical work hours are flexible between the hours of 8:00 am - 7:00 pm, Monday-Friday
